Marinated in Beer & Ground Fresh Daily
There are a lot of important details that help make our burgers so juicy. We start with local Midwest beef purchased by Mies Family Foods located in North Kanas City. They have been serving the KC Metro for over 5 decades and remain family owned. We then cut and marinate the beef in local craft IPA beer. We really love using Cinder Block's Block IPA as it gives our burgers a familiar beer taste with a floral lightness that keeps you coming back. After the meat has marinated we drain it and begin the grinding process. We grind the meat in house each day. It takes us around 1-2 hours to grind and patty all the burgers for the day but the result is worth the effort, just ask anyone that's tried our burgers. All of these things added together help give you Kansas City's juiciest burger.
Bold & Unique Flavors
We have a phrase at Brewer's Kitchen, "Familiarly unfamiliar". We take traditional norms and we work to put a twist on them. We do this by making every single sauce in the restaurant from scratch, from mayonnaise & our house seasoning to ketchup & French fries. We believe fresh and from scratch make a difference. To add to giving our bold flavors we work to incorporate beer into our sauces. Our Ketchup features Free State's Guavatas Sour & our mustard features Torn Label's Monk & Honey to name a few.
