Brewer’s Kitchen is a culmination of years of working and dining in restaurants across the USA, and taking the very best, and mixing them into the recipe for Brewer’s Kitchen. Every detail was methodically thought out and implemented to help make your experience working here easier and more enjoyable, while ensuring our customers have a unique and memorable experience.
Sharing in the success
We believe the experience of our customers can only be as high as the experience of our team members. With that in mind we want all of our team members to feel like an owner and have skin in the game. We share our profits with all team members. All team members will receive a quarterly bonus based on sales figures proportionate to hours worked. We know you work hard to make Brewer's Kitchen a success and we want to prove it to you.
